The Ohio Lottery Commission Funds the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS) who in turn contracts the following agencies to provide free outpatient treatment of problem gambling.

Training for Counselors and Professionals:

  • Training for counselors and other professionals is offered by Recovery Resources, with funding from the Ohio Lottery Commission. Professionals in Ohio who work with problem gamblers and their families may attend these sessions. Speakers:

  • Speakers are available to address your group or organization on problem and youth gambling. To schedule, or request further information, contact Nicholas Ciofani,  Deputy Director of Goverment and Community Relations, at nicholas.ciofani@lottery.ohio.gov or call 216.774.5776.
