Security Update Coming Soon to MyLotto Rewards®
Soon, we will be asking you to verify your identity if you are creating a new account or when you want to make a rewards purchase with your existing account. The process for verifying your identity for your existing MyLotto Rewards account will require you to upload an image of one of the following forms of personal identification:
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid State ID Card
- Valid Passport
The process will be very simple and all you need to do is follow the steps when prompted. We believe that this is the safest and most convenient way to establish that our account information is correctly recorded. Please be on the lookout for the Verify My Identity prompt! We truly appreciate your commitment to helping us to continue to improve the MyLotto Rewards Club, so that everyone can continue to enjoy playing the games we all love!
It’s Time for a Catalog Upgrade!
We have great news! Physical items are returning to the MyLotto Rewards catalog! Once again, you have the option to use your points for physical items like tablets, headphones and Bluetooth speakers to name a few! You can now also track your purchase through your MyLotto Rewards account just by going to My Account/My Physical Purchases and finding the item in the list of recent purchases. Just click on an item description to see the shipping details. Like the gift cards, available inventories for the different items will vary as items are purchased and stock levels change.
Books of Prizes
Use your points to earn chances to win full books of Lottery tickets! Simply login to your MyLotto Rewards account, click on Redemption Central, and enter the weekly drawing. It’s that easy!
