Self-Serve Kiosks
Meet the new PlayCentral® kiosks.
As soon as October 2026, you’ll start seeing new PlayCentral® self-serve kiosks being installed across the state. These state-of-the-art kiosks promise a more modern gameplay experience with more convenience than ever.
PlayCentral kiosk highlights:
- Vibrant touch screens. The bright, responsive display changes to an Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)-qualified interface at the touch of a button.
- Streamlined purchases. A convenient shopping cart feature lets you play multiple games in a single transaction.
- Flexible payment options. Use cash, credit or debit with no minimum purchase.

Your patience is appreciated.
Upgrading more than 90,000 pieces of equipment across the state will take some time and happen in phases:
- Existing kiosks will remain fully operational until they are swapped out.
- New PlayCentral self-serve kiosks will only conduct cash sales of Scratch-Offs until the new Ohio Lottery gaming system goes live in spring 2027. (Some kiosks may be offline entirely.)
- After that time, PlayCentral kiosks will offer all games, accept all payment options, scan winning tickets, accept coupons and validate tickets and vouchers.
- You can still visit a counter between now and then for all Ohio Lottery games and services.
