Your Incentives During “The Upgrade”
The retailer incentive program is paused during the conversion, since incentive qualifiers can’t be tracked while the system is being replaced. In its place, the Lottery will offer other incentives and rewards for retailers as a thank you for maintaining sales during the upgrade to a new gaming system. All retailers who place new Lottery equipment during “The Upgrade” will receive the following credits:

These incentives start the week you receive each new terminal until the system goes live in spring 2027.
Retailers who have earned the retailer incentive bonus four of the last eight quarters will receive a one-time bonus at the start of the project. These combined incentives will total a similar amount awarded to retailers in bonuses and incentives in Fiscal Year ’26.
We will offer a new retailer incentive program when “The Upgrade” is completed in 2027.
