Registration deadline?
All winners, guests and Proxys must be registered by 8/10/2024.
Do I have to register my guest?
Yes, we ask that you register your guest prior to the event. At the Hotel Cleveland check-in, we will ask that your guest signs a consent release form, allowing us to share photography or content captured at the event that they might be in.
Can a guest be changed after being registered?
Yes, the winner’s guest can be changed up to the final registration date, 8/10/2024.
Is there an age limit for my guest?
Winner’s guest must be 18+.
Can someone I select take my place?
Yes, you can name a “Proxy” to attend the trip in your place. Please reach out to Atlas Experiences directly for more information. Please note that a “Proxy” can attend the trip in your place, but all cash prizes awarded at the event will be given to the winner and not the proxy.
How will my Proxy register?
Once a Proxy is named and approved, they will be added into our communication system and receive the email to register and all other communications going forward.
If a Proxy goes in my place, will I be able to win these cash prizes?
Yes, Proxies are not eligible to any win cash prizes and they will be awarded to the original winner.
What information do winners need to provide for registration?
Address, phone, dietary restrictions, ADA, and additional information will be required via the registration process.
Will any waiver be required to be signed?
Yes. Waivers will be identified and provided later onsite for both the winner and guest to sign.
What is included in the trip?
Prize Details:
- One (1) night stay at Hotel Cleveland in downtown Cleveland, OH on Saturday, September 7.
- An invitation for yourself and a guest to the Fun Turns 50 Winners’ Event at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on Saturday, September 7.
- $200 Visa Gift card
- Dinner service, along with passed appetizers, deserts, coffee and soft drinks.
What are the cash prizes awarded at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame event?

Would I be able to arrive early or extend my stay and if so, what is the cost?
Please contact customer service to request any pre or post stay extensions. Please note that requests are not guaranteed, and approval is based on hotel availability. Any additional days or applicable fees will be at the cost and responsibility of the winner and/or guest.
Can I upgrade my room?
Yes, upgrades can be requested directly with the hotel and are the responsibility of the guest for any fees, charges or additional costs for such upgrades based on availability.
Do I have a choice of hotel rooms?
Yes, you may make this preference selection during the registration process. Please note requests are not guaranteed and can only be made upon hotel availability.
Is a credit card required for the hotel?
Yes, a credit card is required at the hotel for any incidentals.
Will there be handicap accessible transportation to and from the hotel?
Yes, special accommodations will be noted during registration. Please note that Atlas can only make accommodations should they be notified during the registration process or prior to the winner arrival.
Will transportation be provided to the event?
Yes, there will be a shuttle provided to take winners to and from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Will there be special food requests (vegetarian, gluten free, allergies, etc.)?
There will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options provided during dinner service at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
How are prizes paid for the five cash prize winners?
Prizes will be paid by check within 30 days of returning home from the event.
Are winners still eligible for cash prizes if they are not present?
Yes, winners do not have to be present to receive the cash prize.
What is the no show policy for the event?
If the winner does not attend the event, they will still be eligible to win the cash prize.
How should I dress for the event? Is there dress code?
Dress is casual. Dress comfortably and check the weather before the event to bring appropriate wardrobe.
Can I purchase an extra ticket to the event?
No, additional tickets are not available for purchase.
When are the winners drawn?
The winners will be drawn beforehand and announced live during the party on September 7.
