To receive an entry into this promotion, users must create a MyLotto Rewards account and verify their identity. You can create an account by following the prompts in this link.
What is the promotional period?
The promotional periods run from:

Promotional Period 2 | Tuesday, July 1, 2025 @12:00:00 a.m. through Tuesday, September 30, 2025 @11:59:59 p.m.

When is the deadline to enter my tickets?
All tickets must be entered by the final date for each promotional period, as outlined above.
When are the drawings going to be held, and what are the prizes for the promotion?
There will be one (1) drawing at the end of each promotional period.

Can I enter the drawing more than one time?
No. Users will be limited to earn one (1) entry per draw period. However, users may enter one (1) entry during each of the three promotion periods.
How can I see entries I submitted into the drawing?
Go to the My Account page and click on the Drawing Entries page. You'll find all the details for each drawing you've entered, including drawing name and date entered.
Can I mail in my entries?
No, entries must be submitted online.

How will I be notified if I win a prize?
If your entry is selected, you will be contacted via the information in your MyLotto Rewards® account. After the initial contact is attempted, winners' information will be posted on the Winners page. Alternates will be selected during the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within fifteen (15) business days of the date of first notification, an alternate may be used in the order drawn.
Questions about Your MyLotto Rewards® Account
Can I use my MyLotto Rewards account to log in for this promotion?
Yes, you can use your MyLotto Rewards account for this promotion if you've completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Your login will work across the Ohio Lottery site and mobile app, but tickets must be entered through the Ohio Lottery Mobile app.
What do I do if I can't remember my password?
Click the "I forgot my password" link on the log-in page. Follow the steps and a temporary password will be emailed to your inbox. Use the temporary password to log in to your MyLotto Rewards account. You can then change your password under your My Profile page.
How do I update my personal information that I submitted when I registered?
Click on My Account and select the My Profile option in the menu bar on the left to make your changes.
