1. Buy a Ticket
Pick up a $2 or $5 Cash Explosion instant ticket—or a Cash Explosion Cashword ticket—from any Ohio Lottery retailer.

2.  Scratch and check
Scratch your ticket and look for "ENTRY" three times or fine "ENTRY" in the bonus box on eligible tickets.

3. Enter to win
If your ticket qualifies, simply scan it using the Ohio Lottery mobile app for a chance to become a contestant on the TV game show.

What Happens Next?

Every week, the Ohio Lottery selects eight new contestants to appear on Cash Explosion. Selected contestants’ names and hometowns are announced during the show and posted on this website.

If you’re chosen, a representative from the Game Show Bureau will contact you with all the details you need to get ready for your big moment on TV.
