OHIO LOTTERY COMMISSION HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF A NEW ADMINISTRATIVE GAME RULE.
Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Lottery Commission intends to adopt a new administrative game rule in proposed form. A public hearing will be conducted on April 29, 2026, at the Frank J. Lausche building, 615 West Superior Avenue, 4th floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44113 at 9:30 A.M., in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, (Chapter 119, Ohio Revised Code). Any person affected by the proposed action may appear and be heard in person, by the person’s attorney, or both; may present the person’s position, arguments, or contentions, orally or in writing; offer and examine witnesses; and present evidence tending to show that the proposed rule, amendment, or revision, if adopted or effectuated will be unreasonable or unlawful.

The new rule to be considered for adoption in proposed form, is Ohio Lottery Administrative Game Rule: 3770:1-9-988
This new game rule is the new “Millionaire for Life™” lottery game offering.
