NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OHIO LOTTERY COMMISSION HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF AMENDED AND RESCINDED ADMINISTRATIVE RULES.
Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Lottery Commission intends to adopt Amended and Rescinded administrative rules in proposed form. A public hearing will be conducted on October 28, 2026, at the Frank J. Lausche building, 615 West Superior Avenue, 4th floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44113 at 9:30 A.M, in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, (Chapter 119, Ohio Revised Code). Any person affected by the proposed action may appear and be heard in person, by the person’s attorney, or both; may present the person’s position, arguments, or contentions, orally or in writing; offer and examine witnesses; and present evidence tending to show that the proposed rule, amendment, or revision, if adopted or effectuated will be unreasonable or unlawful.
Amended Rule:
The Amended Rule to be considered for adoption in propsed form is Ohio Administrative Rule 3770:1-6-01.
This amended rule is related to conduct of lottery games, and the amendments are incorporating Commission's ability to set prices for tickets and public information related to lottery games.
Rescinded Rules:
The rules to be considered for rescission in proposed form are Ohio Administrative Rules: 3770:1-6-03 and 3770:1-6-07.
These Rescinded rules are related to the Commissions ability to set prices for lottery tickets and public information relating to lottery games offered.
Amended Rule:
The Amended Rule to be considered for adoption in propsed form is Ohio Administrative Rule 3770:1-6-01.
This amended rule is related to conduct of lottery games, and the amendments are incorporating Commission's ability to set prices for tickets and public information related to lottery games.
Rescinded Rules:
The rules to be considered for rescission in proposed form are Ohio Administrative Rules: 3770:1-6-03 and 3770:1-6-07.
These Rescinded rules are related to the Commissions ability to set prices for lottery tickets and public information relating to lottery games offered.
