  • You can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 & $20.
  • Choose from 1 to 10 numbers (called the "spot") out of a pool of 80 numbers. You may use a bet card or the Auto Pick feature.
  • To increase KENO winnings, add the Booster® for another $1 for each $1 wagered.
  • You can play up to 20 consecutive drawings on one bet card.
  • Win by matching your number(s) to the 20 numbers selected by the Ohio Lottery.
  • Tickets can be purchased 7 days a week during normal gaming hours.
  • Drawings occur every four minutes from 6:04 am until 2:28 am the next morning.

How to Claim Prizes

  • To claim your prize, refer to the instructions located on the back of your printed winning ticket.
  • Consecutive draw tickets can be claimed before the last draw printed on the ticket. An exchange ticket will be issued with the original play selections and remaining draws printed on the ticket.
  • Prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing date.
  • For more information, call 1-800-686-4208.

Spot Explanation

  • The Spot in KENO represents the amount of numbers selected by a player in a single KENO wager. For instance, if someone chooses a 6 Spot, that person has chosen 6 numbers to play. The Spot establishes the prize structure for that game and is used to determine whether that player has a winning ticket for that drawing. Odds and payouts increase as the Spot increases. In the Ohio Lottery’s KENO game, the $100,000 top prize can only be won playing a 10 Spot Game.

What is "Play it Again”?

The “Play it Again” feature is available on most Ohio Lottery on-line games, including KENO and Booster®. A second barcode, printed on each ticket above the game logo, is a convenience for players because it eliminates the need for a new bet card. Instead, it allows a retailer to scan the ticket with the 2D reader and duplicate the exact KENO and Booster® wager information for the next scheduled drawing without manually entering the numbers. If a ticket has a “Play it Again” barcode, it can be used regardless if it is a winning, non-winning or expired ticket.
