Update your Address in MyLotto Rewards!

Attention MyLotto Rewards members!

We're so excited that the physical catalog is back so you can order physical items using your points, but if you've listed your address as a P.O. Box, we won't be able to ship physical items there.

Unfortunately, the USPS does not accept packages from UPS, which is the shipping service used for MyLotto Rewards orders.

Don't worry! All you need to do is update your address on your MyLotto Rewards account to one that is not a P.O. Box before placing your next order.

You can change your address by clicking Update Profile under the My Account section.  
Once you place an order, you can track your items in My Physical Purchases under the My Account section. You should expect delivery of catalog items within 1 to 3 weeks.
Gift card orders can still be made to a P.O. Box.
