How did they win the award?

SMFHS was selected in a random drawing comprised of 162 Ohio schools who participated in the Lottery’s Partners in Education program during the 2020-2021 school year.
Student Rosa Tate was nominated for Academic All-Star which made the school eligible for the School of the Year drawing.
We loaded them up with some goodies including a School of the Year trophy, a $1,000 gift card to Office Max, and autographed team merchandise from major and minor league sports teams across Ohio to be used for fundraising efforts.
All students and staff also received a Partners in Education back sack.
Congratulations, and Go Bulldogs!
