When asked about his win he said, “I just couldn’t believe it.” He and his wife will use the prize to pay off some credit card debt, take a weekend vacation, and put the rest into savings. Jeffrey purchased his winning ticket at Speedway #9283, located at 5984 Sawmill Road in Dublin.
Kelly Forbush of Medina scratched her way to a big win. She won $10,000 playing 50X the Money.
Robert Lowery of Sandusky also won big playing this $10 scratch off. He won a $10,000 prize as well.
