Which tickets are eligible for the 2021 Paper Cuts Promotion?
During each week of the promotion, there will be two specific Scratch-Offs that are eligible.

What is the promotional period?
The overall promotional period runs Monday, February 1, 2021, at 12:00:00 a.m. to Sunday, February 28, 2021, at 11:59:59 p.m.
The weekly promotional periods will run as follows:
- Week 1: February 1, 2021, at 12:00:00 a.m. - February 7, 2021, at 11:59:59 p.m.
- Week 2: February 8, 2021, at 12:00:00 a.m. - February 14, 2021, at 11:59:59 p.m.
- Week 3: February 15, 2021, at 12:00:00 a.m. - February 21, 2021, at 11:59:59 p.m.

When will the 2021 Paper Cuts Promotion drawing results be available?
The grand prize drawing will be conducted, and final verified drawing results will be posted to the website on/or around March 3, 2021 and the weekly drawings will be conducted according to the schedule listed on the prizes page.
What are the prizes for the 2021 Paper Cuts Promotion?
Weekly Prize Winner - 2 winners per week (8 total)
MyLotto Rewards account holders will receive one weekly drawing entry each time he/she redeems a non-winning featured Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, within a given promotional week.
If a MyLotto Rewards account holder is randomly drawn as a weekly winner, his/her prize will be dependent on the following:
- The winning weekly Scratch-Off as described above
- Whether or not the MyLotto Rewards account holder redeemed both featured Scratch-Offs during the weekly promotional period or only one
If the MyLotto Rewards account holder only redeemed one of the two weekly featured Scratch-Offs, he/she will win 50 Ohio Lottery Scratch-Offs of whichever is the winning Scratch-Off. If the winner redeemed both featured tickets, he/she will win both prizes.

Grand Prize Winner - 1 winner
Each participating MyLotto Rewards account holder will cast an initial vote for whichever Scratch-Off they believe will win the weekly promotional period. This vote matches whichever Scratch-Off the participating MyLotto Rewards account holder enters first. The vote can be changed on the campaign landing page. The vote will lock at 11:59:59 p.m of the weekly promotional period.
Each participating MyLotto Rewards account holder who votes correctly will earn a grand prize entry. Participating MyLotto Rewards account holders can earn anywhere from 0 – 4 grand prize entries into the promotion.
One eligible MyLotto Rewards account holder will be drawn as the grand prize winner and be awarded with 50 of each of the featured Ohio Lottery Scratch-Offs (8 sets of 50 Scratch-Offs, a total value of $4,000).

Am I responsible for any taxes on these prizes?
Yes. MyLotto Rewards® will provide IRS Form 1099s to each applicable winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Can I enter the drawing more than one time?
Registered MLR users will receive one (1) entry into the promotion for each eligible Scratch-Off that is redeemed during the promotion period.

Why is a Scratch-Off being featured that is in limited supply?

Which ticket number do I use to enter?
The entry code is the 23-digit Ticket Number. 13 digits are located on the back of the ticket and the last 10 digits are located under the playfield on the front of the ticket. Ignore any spaces or dashes.
How can I see the number of entries I submitted into a drawing?
Go to My Account page and click on the Drawing Entries page. You'll find all the details for each drawing you've entered, including drawing name, date entered and number of entries.
Can I throw away my tickets after submitting them into the drawings?
Yes, you are not required to retain your tickets once you have verified that your entry has been submitted.
Can I mail in my entries?
No, only internet entries are allowed.
I do not have access to a computer. How can I enter my tickets?
You can log into your registered account from a public computer at your local library. Just remember to log out after you are finished using a public computer. If you have a smartphone, you can enter via the browser on the phone.
Questions about Winners
How will I be notified if I win the prize?
If your entry is selected, you will be contacted via the information in your MyLotto Rewards® account. After the initial contact is attempted, winner’s information will be posted on the Winners page. Alternates will be selected during the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within two (2) business days of the date of first notification, an alternate may be used in the order drawn.

Can I use my MyLotto Rewards® account to log-in for this promotion?
Your login information will work across the entire Ohio Lottery site and mobile app.
What do I do if I cannot remember my password?
Click the “I forgot my password” link on the login page. Follow the steps and a temporary password will be emailed to your inbox. Use the temporary password to log into your MyLotto Rewards® account. You can then change your password under your My Profile page.
How do I update my personal information that I submitted when I registered?
Click on MY ACCOUNT and select the My Profile option in the left-hand menu bar and make your changes.
