From November 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021 (the "Promotional Period"), all new ClubJACK members that complete their initial registration at Jack Thistledown or Jack Cleveland may enter the New ClubJACK Member 2nd Chance Promotion ("Promotion"). The drawings will be conducted monthly beginning on or around December 2, 2020 and the final verified drawing results will be posted after each drawing. See Posting Dates on the chart below.

An entry must be entered online through MyLotto Rewards® which is located at www.ohiolottery.com ("website"), by the Entry Deadline on the chart above corresponding to the initial registration into ClubJACK to be eligible for this promotion. In addition, each eligible participant is qualified to enter one time in one drawing corresponding to the initial registration into ClubJACK during the promotion.

Existing MyLotto Rewards® account holders can log in through the website and enter the appropriate information. New participants must set up a MyLotto Rewards® account on the website to start the registration process. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form, with the appropriate information as directed, each participant will be entered into the Promotion.

All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with the Ohio Lottery Commission's (hereinafter, "the Lottery") Privacy Policy, which is currently accessible at: www.ohiolottery.com/About/Legal/Privacy-Policy. The Lottery, at its discretion, reserves the right to select and.or change the prize(s) to be awarded as part of this Promotion. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

INTERNET CONDUCT AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Any attempt by a user, participant or any other individual to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Lottery reserves the right to seek damages from any such person or persons as permitted by law.

Neither the Lottery, any of the Released Parties (as defined herein), nor any of its employees, commissioners, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees are responsible for illegible, late, lost, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries, or responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion.

Neither the Lottery, any of the Released Parties, nor any of its employees, commissioners, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees are responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion, which may include without limitation, inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, the website or any combination thereof; theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the website; any injury or damage to the participants or to any other person's computer(s) or smartphone related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion, or downloading materials from or use of the website.

RANDOM DRAWING AND RESULTS:

The actual drawing date will be determined by MyLotto Rewards® personnel, and the final verified monthly drawing results will be posted to the website. See Posting Dates on the chart above. Prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Five (5) prize winners will be selected for each Promotional Date on the chart above. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of this Promotion.

All prize details, including without limitation, shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of MyLotto Rewards®. Employees, officers or directors of the Lottery, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, or any blood relative or spouse of such an employee, officer or director, living as a member in such employee, officer or director's household, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Lottery, their agencies and the Ohio Racinos to use the prize winner's name and/or likeness worldwide, in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, notification or permission unless prohibited by law, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. Further, by accepting a prize, each prize winner agrees to hold harmless the Lottery, including its directors, officers, employees and agents, against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the ownership and/or use of a prize. Prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or use or redemption of any prize. The Lottery makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and disclaim any implied warranty. All materials submitted become the property of the Lottery and will not be returned. Prizes are nontransferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. The Ohio Racino’s are responsible for supplying the prize(s) awarded, and will provide each winner with a tax form, if applicable. The ClubJACK New Member Rules and Drawing Procedures used by the Lottery are available for review. These Rules may be amended or revised at any time at the sole discretion of the Executive Director of the Lottery.
