Who is eligible for the ClubJACK New Member 2nd Chance Promotion?

All new ClubJACK members that complete their initial registration at Jack Thistledown or Jack Cleveland during the promotional period.

What is the promotional period?

The promotional period runs from October 1, 2020 @ 12:00:00 a.m. through – March 31, 2021@ 11:59:59 p.m.

When is the deadline to enter my ticket(s)?

Entry must be completed by the Entry Deadline date corresponding to the initial registration into ClubJACK to be eligible for this promotion.

How many times can I enter?

Each new ClubJACK member is eligible to enter one (1) drawing corresponding to the promotional dates the initial registration into ClubJACK was completed. For example, a New ClubJACK member completed their initial registration on October 1, 2020, the MyLotto Rewards® entry would be required from November 1, 2020 12:00:00 a.m. through November 30, 2020 @ 11:59:59 p.m.

When will the ClubJACK New Member drawing results be available?

The drawing will be conducted, and final verified drawing results will be posted to the website. See above chart.

What are the monthly prizes for the ClubJACK New Member 2nd Chance Promotion?
  • Tier One: 1 winner to receive $500 free play
  • Tier Two: 4 winners to receive $100 free play each
Can I enter the drawing more than one time?

New ClubJACK members can only enter the promotional code once for the MyLotto Rewards® drawing corresponding to the New ClubJACK Member’s initial registration date.

When can New ClubJACK members enter the promo code?

The promo code can be entered during the time period in the chart above based on when becoming a new ClubJACK member.

What are the qualifications for the promotion?

You must be a new ClubJACK Member and must be 21 years of age.

I don’t have access to a computer. How can I enter my promo code?

You can log into your registered account from a public computer at your local library. Just remember to log out after you are finished using a public computer. If you have a smartphone, you can enter via the browser on the phone.

Questions about Winners


How will I be notified if I win the prize?

If your entry is selected, you will be contacted via the information in your MyLotto Rewards® account. After the initial contact is attempted, winner’s information will be posted on the Winners page. Alternates will be selected during the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within two (2) business days of the date of first notification, an alternate may be used in the order drawn.

After MyLotto Rewards® contact, winners will go to a ClubJACK Customer Service Desk at Jack Thistledown or Jack Cleveland and present their ClubJACK Card and ID to claim their Free Play prize.

Can I use my MyLotto Rewards® account to log-in for this promotion?

Your login information will work across the entire Ohio Lottery site and mobile app.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?

Click the “I forgot my password” link on the login page. Follow the steps and a temporary password will be emailed to your inbox. Use the temporary password to log into your MyLotto Rewards® account. You can then change your password under your My Profile page.

Click on MY ACCOUNT and select the My Profile option in the left-hand menu bar and make your changes.
