From Sunday, May 15, 2022, at 12:00:00 a.m. through Sunday, July 31, 2022, at 11:59:59 p.m. (the “Promotional Period”), an eligible $5 Discover Ohio EZPLAY® ticket can be used to enter the Discover Ohio Promotion (“Promotion”.)
Registered MLR users will receive one (1) entry for each eligible $5 Discover Ohio ticket entered into MyLotto Rewards®.
ENTRY ELIGIBILITY:
Registered MLR users will receive one (1) entry for each eligible $5 Discover Ohio ticket entered in MyLotto Rewards®. An entrant may only win one prize. There will be sixteen (16) total winners in this promotion.
The drawings will take place on (or around) August 3, 2022.
Tickets must be entered online through MyLotto Rewards®, which is located at www.ohiolottery.com ("website"), by the time frames defined above, for a participant to be eligible for the promotional drawings.
Existing MyLotto Rewards account holders can log in through the website and enter the appropriate information. New participants must set up a MyLotto Rewards account on the website to start the registration process. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form, with the appropriate information as directed, each participant will be entered into the Promotion.
All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, the Ohio Lottery Commission's (hereinafter, "the Lottery") Privacy Policy, which is currently accessible at: www.ohiolottery.com/About/Legal/Privacy-Policy. The Lottery, at its discretion, reserves the right to select and/or change the prize(s) to be awarded as part of this Promotion. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
INTERNET CONDUCT AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Any attempt by a user, participant or any other individual to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Lottery reserves the right to seek damages from any such person or persons as permitted by law.
Neither the Lottery, any of the Released Parties (as defined herein), nor any of its employees, commissioners, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees are responsible for illegible, late, lost, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries, or responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion.
Neither the Lottery, any of the Released Parties, nor any of its employees, commissioners, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees are responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion, which may include without limitation, inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, the website or any combination thereof; theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the website; any injury or damage to the participants or to any other person's computer(s) or smartphone related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion, or downloading materials from or use of the website.
RANDOM DRAWING AND RESULTS:
The actual drawing date will be determined by MyLotto Rewards personnel, and the final, verified drawing results will be posted to the website within 10 business days of the actual drawings. The prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of this Promotion.

GENERAL RULES:
All prize details, including without limitation, shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of MyLotto Rewards. Employees, officers or directors of the Lottery, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, or any blood relative or spouse of such an employee, officer or director, living as a member in such employee, officer or director's household, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Federal and state taxes will be paid for Grand Prize (Tier 1) winners. MyLotto Rewards will provide IRS Form 1099s to each applicable winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply for grand prizes.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Lottery and their agencies to use the prize winner's name and/or likeness worldwide, in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, notification or permission unless prohibited by law, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. Further, by accepting a prize, each prize winner agrees to hold the Lottery, including its directors, officers, employees and agents, absolutely harmless against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the ownership and/or use of a prize. Prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or use or redemption of any prize. The Lottery makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and disclaim any implied warranty. By participating in this Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
All materials submitted become the property of the Lottery and will not be returned. Prizes are nontransferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. The ‘prizes’ must be accepted by the winner in-full. The Lottery is responsible for supplying the prize(s) awarded, and will provide each winner with a tax form, if applicable. The DISCOVER OHIO SECOND CHANCE PROMOTION Rules and Drawing Procedures used by the Lottery are available for review. These Rules may be amended or revised at any time at the sole discretion of the Executive Director of the Lottery.
