EASTLAKE, OH – Maxwell Latkovic of Eastlake won $50,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Millions.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Latkovic will receive $36,000.
He purchased his ticket at Faya Khan Inc., located at 1065 Lost Nation Road in Willoughby.
