BRYAN, OH – Anthony Chehi of Bryan won the $1,000,000 top prize on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Lucky. He chose the $500,000 cash option.
Chehi says the win comes at a perfect time as he is looking for a new place to live and will now purchase a home.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Chehi will receive $360,000.
He purchased his winning ticket at Bryan Main Stop, located at 232 S Union St in Bryan.
