CINCINNATI, OH – Timothy Bandy of Cincinnati won the top prize of $250,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Holiday Lucky Times 10.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Bandy will receive $180,000.
He purchased the ticket at Peach Grove Market, located at 5968 Springdale Rd in Cincinnati.
