DAYTON, OH – Brian Smith of Dayton won $50,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Bingo Times 25.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Smith will receive $36,000.
He purchased his ticket at Poelking Lanes Inc, located at 1403 Wilmington Ave in Kettering.
