$1 Million Won on Billion Scratch-Off in New Concord

NEW CONCORD, OH – Michael Cox of New Concord won $50,000 a year for 20 years playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Billion. He chose the $500,000 cash option. 

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Cox will receive $360,000.

He purchased the winning ticket at New Concord Marathon, located at 706 Friendship Dr. in New Concord.
