MOUNT GILEAD, OH – Betty Osborne of Mount Gilead won $50,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Holiday Lucky Times 10.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Osborne will receive $36,000.
She purchased the ticket at Union St Station, located at 215 E Union St in Mount Gilead.
