MENTOR, OH – Bernard Gloekler of Mentor won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Triple Red 777.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Gloekler will receive $14,400.
He purchased the winning ticket at Giant Eagle #6377, located at 1201 Mentor Ave in Painesville.
