He chose the top prize’s $500,000 cash option payment and will receive approximately $360,000 after federal and state tax withholdings. William purchased his winning ticket at Avenue Food & Beverage, located at 30825 Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe.
As of Jan. 19, the Ohio Lottery has 15 winners of the second-tier prize remaining in Max the Money, as well as other great prizes. William beat odds of 1 in 468,085 to win.
