PICKERINGTON, OH – Mark Zinkon of Pickerington won the top prize of $80,000 a year for 25 years on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, $300 Million Diamond Dazzler.
Zinkon chose the cash option of $1,000,000.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Zinkon will receive $720,000.
He purchased his winning ticket at Kroger #532, located at 7833 Refugee Rd in Pickerington.
