$20,000 Black Ice Prize Won in Germantown

GERMANTOWN, OH – Coy T Hughes of Germantown won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Black Ice.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Hughes will receive $14,400.  

Speedway #8017, located at 2631 W Alex Rd in Moraine, sold the winning ticket.
