Tallmadge resident wins $20,000 on 40th Anniversary Millions

TALLMADGE, OH - Scott Swan of Tallmadge won $20,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, 40th Anniversary Millions.

After mandatory state and federal tax totaling 28 percent, Scott will receive $14,400.

He purchased his winning ticket at Meijer Inc #317, located at 247 Tallmadge Rd in Kent.
