CINCINNATI, OH – Abdoul Ba of Cincinnati won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Moneybag Multiplier.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Ba will receive $14,400.
He purchased his winning ticket at Galbraith Shopper Stop located at 135 E Galbraith Rd in Cincinnati.
