Mansfield Woman Wins $20,000 on 40th Anniversary Millions

MANSFIELD, OH - Edna Fisher of Mansfield won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, 40th Anniversary Millions.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Edna will receive $14,400.

Edna purchased her winning ticket at Riverside Drive-Thru, LLC., located at 814 W Harding Way in Galion.
