TOLEDO, OH – Marques Reasonover of Toledo is celebrating a big Ohio win. He won $20,000 playing Ohio Millions.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28 percent, he will receive $14,400.
Marques purchased his winning ticket Island Variety, located at 722 Dearborn Ave. in Toledo.
