NAVARRE, OH - Tamara Shilling of Navarre has a big reason to celebrate after she won $20,000 playing 40th Anniversary Millions.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Tamara will receive $14,400.
She purchased her winning ticket at Rite Aid #2415, located at 3010 Whipple Ave. NW in Canton.
40th Anniversary Millions is a $30 scratch-off with a top prize of $400,000 a year for 25 years. As of April 29, 2021, there is one top prize remaining in the game.
