$20,000 Win on 40th Anniversary Millions in Cleveland Heights

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS - Scott Akdogan of Cleveland Heights is celebrating a $20,000 win on 40th Anniversary Millions.

After state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Scott will receive $14,400.

Scott purchased his winning ticket at Big B's Beverage, located at 2000 Warrensville Center Rd. in South Euclid.
