$1 Million Win on Extreme Millions

BUCKEYE LAKE, OH – David Blankenship of Buckeye Lake is welcoming the week with an extreme win. He won $1,000,000 playing Extreme Millions.

David won the second-tier top annuity prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. He chose the cash option prize of $500,000. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28 percent, he will receive $360,000.

David purchased his winning ticket at The Kroger Co. #621, located at 600 East Main Street in Hebron.
