Two Fairfield county residents split top prize in $1,000,000 Black Titanium scratch-off

CANAL WINCHESTER, OH – Whitney Stapleton of Baltimore and Morgan Patrick of Lancaster have claimed a $1-million annuity prize in the Ohio Lottery’s $20 scratch-off, $1,000,000 Black Titanium. The winners chose the cash option and will split $360,000 after state and federal tax withholdings.

They purchased the winning ticket at Meijer #246 in Canal Winchester. Meijer receives a $10,000 sales bonus.
