$150,000 Casino Royale Win

YOUNGSTOWN - George Stephens of Youngstown wasn't expecting to win big, but he ended up scratching his way to the top prize on Casino Royale.
Stephens won $150,000 playing the $5 scratch off. He said he didn't believe that he had won at first. "I couldn't believe my eyes, I just sat there and stared at it. It was surreal," Stephens said.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Stephens will receive $108,000. He purchased the ticket at Sami Quick Stop in Youngstown.
