$100,000 TPD Won on Blackout Bingo

CLEVELAND - A Cleveland resident is the latest winner of an Ohio Lottery top prize drawing. John Haoui won $100,000 on the instant game, Blackout Bingo.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent, Haoui receives $71,000.

There were 13 entries in the top prize drawing.  Haoui claimed the entry ticket August 15, 2012. That TPD ticket worth $5,500 automatically qualified him entry into the final drawing. The drawing was conducted on September 18, 2013.  Haoui purchased the ticket from Frank’s Deli in Cleveland. Frank’s Deli received a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a prize winning ticket.

The Ohio Lottery is actively seeking winners of all prize levels to share their stories. Players with an interest in telling theirs can contact the Ohio Lottery at
