Money in the Bank Claimed in Trust

CLEVELAND - The winner of a Money in the Bank instant ticket has claimed the prize in Trust. The ticket, $50K for 20 years or one million dollars has an annuity or cash option.

Robert A. Retske of Sylvania is Trustee of The RAR II Trust. The holder of the ticket chose the cash option. The Trust receives $355,000 after mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 29 percent.

Secor & Sylvania Shell located at 4002 Secor Road in Toledo sold the winning ticket. This retailer receives a $10,000 bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
