Filing a claim in the Youngstown Regional office today, Kettering chose the cash option. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent, Kettering receives a lump sum payment of $355,000.

Kettering purchased the million dollar winning ticket from Village Party Center, 1800 St. Rt. 7 NE in Brookfield. Village Party Center is a winner also. They receive a $10,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
