COLUMBUS - A resident of Buckeye Lake is a top prize winner of an instant game. Michelle L Bautista won $50,000 for 20 years, a $1 million prize after she scratched the Ohio Lottery’s $200 Million Extreme Cash instant ticket.

Bautista chose the cash option. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, she will receive $345,000 in a one time lump sum payment.
