Second of three $200,000 prizes claimed

CINCINNATI - Three second-tier prize winning tickets were sold in the August 3 Powerball drawing.  Frances F. Hunley of Loveland, Ohio is the second winner to claim $200,000 after matching all five numbers and no Powerball number.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Hunley receives a check for $138,000.

Hunley purchased the ticket from Krogers at 6725 Dick Flyn Blvd in Goshen and used auto pick to choose the winning numbers. The winning Powerball numbers were 13-19-21-28-49. The Powerball number was 11. Krogers receives a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a second-tier prize winning Powerball ticket.
Robert D Watkins of North Canton was first to claim one of the three $200,000 prizes. He purchased his winning ticket from Marc’s in Canton. The third winner, who purchased their ticket at Sunoco in Grove City, has not yet come forward to claim their prize.
