Four winners from Lorain area

LORAIN - Four residents in the Lorain area have won five to ten thousands of dollars scratching Ohio Lottery instant games.  Donald L. McDevitt of Wellington won $5,500, a TPD entry on Cash InSherry A. Rogers of Westlake won $5,500 a TPD entry on Double Money, Double Play. Patricia K. Rodriguez of Lorain won $10,000 on $5 Million Cash Extravaganza. Charlissa M. Martin of Lorain won $10,000 scratching Bingo Boxes.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, McDevitt receives a check for $3,795 and is automatically entered into a drawing for a top prize of $150,000. Rogers will receive a check for $3,795 and entry into a drawing for a top prize of $200,000. Rodriguez and Martin will each receive a check for $6,900.
