Waverly woman wins $1 million

COLUMBUS - A resident of Waverly had the right key after purchasing a top prize winning ticket on an Ohio Lottery instant game. Johnny B. Keys won  $50,000 for 20 years, a $1 million prize after she scratched the Ohio Lottery’s $200 Million Extreme Cash instant ticket.
Keys chose the annuity. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, she will receive $34,500 yearly for the next 20 years.
