BROOKLYN HEIGHTS - A Cleveland Heights resident is the latest winner in an Ohio Lottery on-line game. Bruce Kusterbeck won $100,000 after matching all five numbers in the April 27 Rolling Cash 5 drawing.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Kusterbeck will receive a check for $69,000.
He purchased the ticket from Glengate Video, 361 S. Green Road in South Euclid.  He picked the numbers. They were 4-10-23-30-32. Glengate Video receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
