ATHENS – A resident of Nelsonville won a top prize on an Ohio Lottery instant game. Robert J. McKelvey won $100,000 after he scratched the Ohio Lottery’s Tax Free Anniversary game and he won’t have to pay the tax.
McKelvey receives a check for $100,000.
He purchased the winning Tax Free Anniversary instant game from Putnam Beer Dock, 819 Putnam Avenue in Zanesville. Putnam Beer Dock receives a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
