Winning top prizes in Cleveland area

CLEVELAND - Two residents in the Cleveland area won top prizes on an Ohio Lottery on-line game and an instant.  Richard C. Goins of Cleveland won $165,000 after matching all five numbers in the March 19 Rolling Cash 5 game. Lindsay L. Kaplan of Aurora won $18,888 on the instant game, Groovy 8’s.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Goins receives a check for $113,850. Kaplan receives a check for $13,032.
Goins purchased the winning ticket from Food Plus, 4604 Green Road in Warrensville. Goins picked the numbers. The winning numbers were12-21-23-31-32. Food Plus receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a five-of-five winning ticket.
