ATHENS - A resident of Marietta has plans for the top prize money that he won on an Ohio Lottery instant ticket. Leroy E. Kuhn won $100,000 after he scratched the Ohio Lottery’s Bingo x 10.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, the NASCAR fan receives a check for $69,000.  He plans on helping his family and he will build a 50’s room with a juke box, booths, bar stools and lots of memorabilia.
Kuhn purchased the ticket from People’s News in Marietta. People’s News receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
