Counting by ten in Athens Region

ATHENS - Two players of Ohio Lottery instant games are counting thousands of winning dollars in multiples of ten.  Charles G. Dickess of Ironton won $10,000 after he scratched Big Money. John L. Graves of Ray, Ohio won $20,000 scratching Winter Riches.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Dickess receives a check for $6,900. Graves receives check for $13,800.
Dickess purchased the winning ticket from Laynes Kitchen & Carryout, 2441 S. 3rd Street in Ironton.  Graves purchased the winning ticket from Valero Convenient Store, 520 South Point Street in Chillicothe.
