Cunningham chose the annuity. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, he will receive $34,500 yearly for the next 20 years.

He purchased the winning ticket from A-One Convenient Mart. Located at 2331 East Avenue in Akron, this retailer receives a $10,000 bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket in this game.
