2nd tier Mega Millions claimed in trust

CINCINNATI -The holder of a second-tier $250,000 prize in the December 31, 2010 Mega Millions drawing came forward, claiming the prize in trust.

William M. Bristol is trustee of The Fourth and Walnut Trust. The Trust receives a lump sum of $172,500 after mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent.

The second-tier prize winning ticket matched five numbers and no mega ball. The winning Mega Millions numbers were 10-12-13-35-56. The mega ball number was 9. The holder of the ticket purchased it at Straus Tobacconist, 410 Walnut Street in Cincinnati. Straus Tobacconist receives a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a second-tier prize winning ticket.
